Everything from a single source! With us to this belong not only the design and manufacture of the tools but also the quality control and quality assurance during the ongoing production.

With the help of our measuring machines and / or measurement procedures we are also able to check the 3D coordinates of the tools produced by us for very small deviations.

All the necessary machines, measuring equipment and the corresponding know-how are ready and waiting for you in our company.

On request you will receive from us the complete documentation of the measured dimensions and tolerances of the complete tool or product.

Reverse Engineering

We are equipped with the latest measurement systems and scanning equipment, especially for the field of reverse engineering. Thus the dimensions and contours of modelled parts can be determined with the highest accuracy and be converted back into computer-utilizable data.
