Due to the know-how available in our company, it is not necessary to send information outside in order to design or optimize your tools.

With us everything is available from a single source, and, if required, also with complete temperature control systems. If you so wish, we will also willingly produce a model of your final product. We work consistently with Unigraphics as CAD and CAM systems. Via our CAD – CAM systems we guarantee you a one hundred percent match between model and series.

The internal processing makes it possible to react promptly to short-notice modifications even when production has already begun. This is a considerable advantage for medium-sized companies in contrast to large companies and foreign countries.

By matching the tool form to the product data the 100% fulfilment of your requirements is guaranteed. With our coordinate measuring machines we can already recognize deviations even during production.
